Brush your child’s teeth at least twice a day - once in the morning and once at night.
Encourage your child to brush by giving them positive reinforcement.
Avoid sticky foods or unhealthy snacks liked candy, soda, or juice.
Brush your child’s teeth with toothpaste that is rated and accepted by the American Dental Association
A check-up every six months is recommended in order to prevent cavities and other dental health problems. If your child needs more intensive dental care, our dental specialists will inform you!
If your child falls and knocks out a permanent tooth, remain calm and place the tooth in a glass of milk and bring your child and the tooth to our office immediately!
Talk to your child about NOT smoking. Smoking causes tooth decay, tooth loss, gum disease, a dulled sense of taste, and bad breath.
